I truly believe intentional financial freedom is the key to reaching your financial success. Intentional financial freedom helps you travel up the path to become all that you can be.
We all need to figure out the best route and make never-ending progress on our way up financial success. It means that more likely than not, you will be removing obstacles that are in your way.
Throughout my life in the financial realm, I discovered three enormous obstacles that are found on the path to financial freedom. Hauling these 3 obstacles will slow or even stop your growth progress.
Dumping them on the side of the road will free you to drive towards your financial purpose.
Without reading below, do you know what I am talking about?
They are related to what you believe.
I know that your beliefs alone won’t get you to where you want to go, but they usually determine whether you even try to get there. Unfortunately, I have seen these negative financial beliefs way too many times limiting smart people to achieve their financial goals.
If you hold any of these beliefs, you’re being limited by them.
Choosing to replace them with positive financial beliefs and traditions, you’ll remove your limitations and free yourself to pursue financial freedom.
Like anything in life, the financial world has many options, resources, and opportunities. How do you see them? If you have a scarcity mindset, you believe money is limited. You are competing with a bunch of other people for a finite number of financial opportunity routes.
For you, the financial world is like a strawberry pie. It’s your favorite, it’s delicious, but there is only a certain number of slices and you are competing with everyone else to get some.
Some people is driven by the mindset. It motivates them to be the best they can be so they can grab their fair share of the pie.
Unfortunately for most people that I’ve talked to, scarcity discourage them because they know, they feel, they believe the odds of grabbing one of the few slices left basically aren’t in their favor.
Here is the crazy uninspiring part. If you believe that scarcity says the financial world doesn’t have enough, insecurity tells that you are not enough. You believe that you don’t have the necessary abilities, talents, and dominance to drive across this path. The obstacle generates you minimizing yourself to believe you’re not gifted enough.
When you do that, you create an obstacle in your path to financial freedom.
Insecure people probably recognize many chances to advance and financially grow, but they don’t believe in their ability to grab those fortunes.
At the end of the day they might say:
“Why pursue any financial dream if I know I don’t think I am capable of getting there?”
This obstacle often starts with an upset. Possibly someone with higher authority ignored you or didn’t pay attention to your opinions. It begins to generate a belief that you don’t have the ability to affect our world. Over time, this mentality cannot accept any personal responsibility for anything that happens in your life.
If you believe that you are powerless, you are confident that someone else should’ve acted or someone else should’ve taken the blame. A shortsighted victim mentality that leads to a passive financial life.
If someone else is permanently in control, then the victim is permanently at the sympathy of those in charge.
If you have this financial obstacle, you are less likely to pursue growth. The reason is that you believe your financial path ultimately doesn’t matter – that your financial potential will never be recognized by the people who are above you.
How to Remove The Obstacles
The extraordinary news is you don’t have to live with these negative financial beliefs. In fact, accepting and recognizing them as part of what your beliefs are the first actions to financial freedom.
